Welcome to Umbrella Farms

We’re a family on a mission to leave the world better than we found it. With a passion for food and a deep understanding of food politics, we believe everyone deserves access to nutrient-dense foods that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. That’s why we’re bringing fresh, high-quality microgreens, mushrooms, and herbal teas to our community—right here in Frisco, TX.

Our dream is to expand into a full-scale farm, but we knew we didn’t have to wait to start making an impact. So, we began right where we are—growing the most nutrient-packed greens with care and intention. Microgreens are nutritional powerhouses, packed with up to 40 times more nutrients than their fully grown counterparts, and we’re growing them the right way: with non-GMO seeds, organic soil, and clean, filtered water—completely free from pesticides, glyphosate, and herbicides.

Umbrella Farms is more than a business—it’s part of a movement. We invite families, home cooks, and local chefs to join us in creating a real food, real impact community.
